User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

The platform reserves the right to decline or suspend any withdrawal request suspected of violating the terms of use, including cases involving suspicious account activity or incomplete identity verification.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated at the user's own request and no violations have occurred, any eligible account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not permitted to re-register using the same or different personal information. Any re-registration attempt by a banned user may result in further action.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 170 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding its fitness for any particular purpose or the accuracy of information displayed. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred by users through the use of the platform, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Amendments & Governing Law
